Please take a few minutes to read some of the nice things our BLUE pet parents are saying about our natural dog food and cat food. We love hearing feedback and welcome you to share some of your experiences.

"I just wanted to write to say that I am so proud of your company and of your products. I am repeatedly impressed every time I hear about another dangerous ingredient to dogs, I check your labels and never once I have a found anything even remotely questionable! Also, I sincerely believe that because my dog eats Blue Buffalo food, he escaped near death or severe illness after eating grapes. He was able to throw them up and his blood levels never showed signs of renal failure. It is my theory, that without such great health due to his diet, he would have been much more likely to experience renal failure. Thank you BLUE"

"I have a ten month old wire haired pointing griffon, Lilly. The breeder started her off with Purina. When I got her home, I tried a few other brands. I remembered Blue from our other dog Molly and I remembered it had great stuff in it. I started her on the puppy food. I just switched to the adult. I also buy the can foods and put some in her dry food. I love the list of ingredients and knowing all the words I am reading. Thank you for a great product! "

"My Boston Terrier, Gizmo, lost the hair on his back legs and head about a year and a half ago due to allergies. He was about 2 years old. To stop this we put him on expensive prescription dog food from the vet’s office. We tried very hard to find an affordable alternative from our local Pet Store but he quickly lost his hair again and flat out quit eating the old food from the vet all together. I read other testimonials about your food and asked my local Pet Store to order this for me. Gizmo loved the food and his hair grew back thicker than ever. Very happy with this product. Thanks

"Hi, this is not really a question but here goes. I have been buying Blue Wilderness for a couple years now. Long before, I had considered making my own dog food from some of the raw diet recipes online but I am afraid of raw product consumption. Thankfully, I discovered your site and liked the product description right down to the cold processing. I decided to try weaning him over to your product from another major brand he was on. The transition was not a problem. At first our local Pet Smart had trouble keeping Blue Wilderness in stock and initially a sales person tried to talk me out of buying it because she saw no problem with corn and wheat gluten and she tried to steer me to a upscale 'same old same old' brand. She seemed almost offended that I still chose the Blue Wilderness. After we put our 80lb, neutered male dog of 11 years onto a fairly strict diet of 2(150 gram)per day meals of bottled water moistened Blue Wilderness he started passing noticeable gas since protein takes more effort for the body to digest. He also lost a little weight which had been a goal for years with no success on the other dog food. He quit stealing food from the table and counters and eating anything and everything he could find. Before we started him on Blue Wilderness dog food, he was developing fatty tumors. He was on prednisone occasionally for a neurological problem that caused his hind feet to turn under and drag and kept getting stomach distress from some "bacteria build up" in his stomach that caused him discomfort and he would cry out in his sleep, get really ill and have to go to the vet and the emergency vet (very expensive). He couldn't jump up to get into my Elantra (about 16 inches) or down from a foot high without collapsing in a dangerous and awkward sprawl and I would have to struggle with the back half of him in or out of all kinds of situations. Before Blue Wilderness, he would stand in the middle of the room sometimes and pant and look distressed for no reason and didn't run or play. When he walked he bobbed his head up and down like he was pulling a loaded wagon. He moved slowly and looked pained. After a few months on Blue Wilderness dog food, he was off the prednison and not stumbling or bobbing his head. Not only that but he started greeting us by running to us and raising up on his hind feet a little and initiating play. He can now jump into and out of the car safely almost every time and shows a lot of excitement to be going places again. He is steadier, rests soundly (no emergency runs to the vet) and seems happier and healthier in general. I haven't noticed any new fatty tumors and the ones he had seem smaller. He is 13 years old now and we are very happy with the results I believe are due to switching to Blue Wilderness dog food. I went to our PetSmart yesterday for a new bag of Blue Wilderness dog food and at the check out the cashier was very adamant about trying to deter me from buying the Blue Wilderness because she felt it was too high in protein. She even came out from behind her register (she was the only cashier at the time) and was going to get me another bag of food to compare, I assume another brand as well. I assured her I knew what I was doing. I have asked all three of the vets we see on a regular basis plus our emergency vet and they have no professional opinion about the food we feed our dog as long as it is high quality. We have seen remarkable improvement in our dog's health and well being since he is eating Blue Wilderness dog food. Despite the cost we will continue to feed him Blue Wilderness dog food even if we have to cut back in other areas. Thank you. "

"I would like to say, I have 4 dogs and every one of them just loves the dog food and the snacks I give them. They know when the snacks are taken off of the refrigerator. Thanks for a great natural product."

"Sorry I wasn't sure where to send this but... any who. Also sorry that I ramble but I'm just so happy about this. I tried your wilderness dry kitten food on my kitties. They love it! My cats normally just lay around until it is feeding time, then yowl for cat food, eat until they are about to puke and sleep more. I thought that was just the cycle of what is cat. Wrong! I had them on another brand you find in grocery store that claims to be good for them. I thought it was an ok food, neat little shapes, colors, veggies in it etc. Then my younger cat who came to us off of the streets, kept having slight eye trouble in one eye. Now, my kitty came to us with the herpes virus. Which I though that "oh, poor thing. Let me get your drops". Which his eye drops I HATE to use on him, they make him literally vomit. I was at the end of my string with that. Poor kitty needed a better medicine. While I was searching the internet for more or newer information than my vet had on the subject, I came across information on how wheat and other grains have an amino acid in it that can actually flare up my kitty's disorder. Well then it hit me, I knew that kitty food had 'stuff' in it. But I had just never really thought that it might not be right for them. Why would a company that produces food for cats put something in it that could actually hurt the cat. Then it clicked after I read that, duh money..cheap product, more money. So I made the long drive to the next town to purchase a better food from a pet store and I'll be doing every week now. My cat since I swapped him over to the wilderness cat food, he hasn't had one tiny flare up. I noticed a difference in him in about five hours after he ate y'alls product. It was odd I never noticed how dry my cats coats where until after they started eating the different feed. Within 24 hours both my cats that ate your product, where producing kind of like a light oil on their skin. Now they are just so so soft and no more itchies or scratchies. Their shedding slowed down on my second cat within 48 hours. He is a long haired black cat, so you always know where he had been laying. (there would be a black hairy round mark anywhere he took a nap). Now he just has a few stray hairs shed instead of a second cats worth. Which has been great for my highly allergic to cats husband! He can actually lay with either cat on his chest and not die! My cats no long just eat until they pop and sleep. They eat small amounts at a time until they are full now and actually leave some in the bowl. They run and play more like kittens. Their pooh no longer stinks. My younger cat was slightly over weight and my older cat was slightly under weight, I'm starting to see them both start to come to a better body condition. I'm just so happy with this product, and it is less than a dollar more expensive than what I was buying in the first place! I've been showing my friends the difference in my cats and telling them to try your product too! I've also been feeding this food to my blind cat. He has never been a healthy cat. He is totally blind, very underweight, vomited often, OCD about licking his fur out until sores would form from him licking himself to much in one spot, poor coat, very poor appetite. Well... the second I put it down he ate the entire bowl. Within 24 hours he stopped licking himself, new fur is starting to grow in. He hasn't vomited since he started on your cat food. Best of all he is putting on weight! This is a cat that has never weighed over five pounds in his seven years. He is actually putting on weight. I can't wait to see how his condition might further improve with time."
